Harte adds to senior management, board

Harte Gold has appointed Frazer Bourchier as its president, CEO and director of the board of directors, effective Sept. 21.

Bourchier replaces Sam Coetzer, though Coetzer will continue to serve on the board of directors.

The company also announced that Martin Raffield, its executive vice president and COO, was also stepping down, per its Sept. 17 statement. That change, too, was effective Sept. 21.

Raffield will remain as a consultant to Harte Gold until the completion of a feasibility study that is due in the final quarter of the year.

Finally, Dan Gagnon, the company’s general manager for the Sugar Zone mine, was appointed vice president – operations, effective Sept. 21.

On the company’s board, it has added Doug Cater to replace Richard Sutcliffe. Cater was vice president – exploration with Kirkland Lake Gold from January 2016 to 2019, and was vice president – exploration for St. Andrew Goldfields prior to that position.
