Conveyor system producer Flexco and its CEO Richard White announced changes to its executive line-up, beginning with Thomas Wujek, its former executive vice president and chief operating officer, who was promoted to president and COO.
White said he would continue in the role of chief executive officer during a transition to his full retirement in May. He said he will continue to provide insights and guidance on company strategy, execution and culture during that period, and will remain involved in U.S. and subsidiary board/shareholder communications and relations.
Chip Winiarski has also been promoted to chief marketing officer and will be responsible for Flexco’s global marketing, engineering and strategic account efforts, as well as its North American sales.
Finally, Flexco also welcomed Keith Staninger as chief digital officer. In this role, Staninger will be responsible for establishing and implementing digital technologies into Flexco’s customer offerings, while enabling strategic innovation and business transformation across the company. He will also manage the global functional IT organization.
Flexco, based in Illinois, as well as in Grand Rapids, Mich., has locations in Australia, Chile, China, Germany, India, Mexico, Singapore, South Africa and the United Kingdom.
